Questions & Answers
What types of 3D art services do you offer?
I specialize in creating high-quality 3D renders for visual novels and other games, offering complete illustration services from start to finish. My work covers everything from initial character design and environmental scenes to final posing and rendering, ensuring a cohesive look that’s fully optimized for your game’s storytelling.
How does the hiring process work?
First, contact me with a brief overview of your project by filling out the form above. We’ll then discuss the scope, your specific needs, and the project timeline. I’ll provide a detailed quote, and once we’ve agreed on the terms and the first payment has been made, I’ll begin the work.
How many renders can you produce in a month?
While the exact number of renders can vary based on complexity, I typically produce around 400 renders per month, which averages out to approximately 20 renders per day.
How do you keep me updated on the project?
I’ll provide you with a daily progress report detailing the work completed. This ensures you can track the project’s progress and provide feedback to keep the project on course.
Do you use Daz Studio exclusively?
Yes, I specialize in Daz Studio, which allows me to create high-quality characters and scenes efficiently. This software is perfectly suited for the needs of visual novels and other story-driven games.
I also use the latest version of Photoshop to give each artwork a polished, post-production finish.
What is your experience working with indie studios?
I have a solid background in the indie game space, and for several years, I’ve specialized in helping small studios deliver high-quality art on strict budgets and tight deadlines. I understand the unique pressure of meeting a weekly or monthly content schedule for a dedicated audience.
I’m a seasoned collaborator, whether working independently or as part of a team. I can quickly integrate into your project’s workflow, setting up efficient systems like cloud-based material sharing to ensure a seamless process.
Examples of my work on published, non-NDA projects are available upon request.
Script creation
I can use your provided script or make one from scratch based on your general guidelines what the story should be about – created using industry standard screenplay practicies, or made ready for visual novel style scripting like Renpy with each scene numbered accordingly for easy insert.
Characters
I design characters utilizing a vast library of assets. If you have preference on character models, hairstyles, clothing, etc – that should be used, you are free to roam Daz store, the official place for all Daz studio related assets that can be used in your project.
Environments
Utilizing a vast library of premade assets and building custom ones by using kit-bashing technique, there’s no genre that cannot be covered.
Working Hours
My standard working schedule is Monday to Friday, with 8-hour shifts that include 1 hour of rest. Saturdays and Sundays are designated as my regular time off.
Depending on project deadlines or potential crunch periods, I am flexible to work on weekends. Any weekend work will be compensated, either by:
Taking the equivalent time off during the following week at mutually agreed times, or
Receiving additional payment for the extra hours worked, as agreed in advance.
This ensures both the project’s needs and my work-life balance are respected while maintaining flexibility for critical deadlines.
Pricing and payment
Instead of charging per render, I offer a flat monthly retainer starting at 3200€/month. This provides you with my full, dedicated services for the duration of your project, allowing for consistent uninterrupted progress and a predictable budget. The final rate will be determined by the project’s specific requirements.
You will be invoiced at the start of the project for the first month, and after that at the end of each month, securing my payment for the work done for the next month to avoid any unfortunate events of client refusing to pay for any reason after the work is already done. It is an upfront payment for each month to secure the work of the freelance artist.
Termination of the contract
You are free to end the contract early if you wish for any reason or no reason given. Even if a project is set to last 6 months for example, and you only ended up needing me for 3 months, you can simply end the contract early without consequences. An early notice of termination is however appreciated, should you choose to end the contract early, 2 weeks notice.
Long-Term Engagement & Holiday/vacation Policy
For clients seeking to hire me for projects extending beyond one year, the following terms apply:
Paid Holidays & Breaks – I am entitled to scheduled paid holidays and short breaks during the contract. These are to be agreed upon in advance and incorporated into the project timeline.
Vacation Entitlement – I am entitled to four weeks of paid vacation after the first year of continuous engagement. Vacation time will be scheduled throughout the year at mutually agreed intervals and planned to minimize disruption to the project workflow.
Continuous Commitment – Long-term contracts are considered continuous. Any pause, interruption, or attempt to “restart” the contract after a temporary break will not reset the engagement period or exempt the client from the obligation to provide paid holidays as agreed upon.
Right to promote
I retain the right to use, display, and promote any work created under a client agreement for portfolio, promotional, or marketing purposes, provided that:
The work has been published or made publicly available by the client, or the project was cancelled and will not be used or published.
Using the work does not harm the client’s project or reputation.
The work is not subject to a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) or other confidentiality restrictions.
This ensures I can showcase my skills and previous projects while respecting the client’s confidentiality and project integrity.

Terms of Service
Product Delivery
Artwork will be delivered within 1–4 weeks from the order date, depending on the client queue, with most projects completed within 1–2 weeks.
If delivery is expected to take longer than estimated, you will be notified by email shortly after placing your order. This notice will give you the option to request a refund or accept a revised delivery date, ensuring transparency and allowing you to plan ahead.
Refunds
Refunds are permitted under the following circumstances:
The artwork cannot be delivered as requested or agreed upon.
The delivery timeframe exceeds the agreed-upon date (see Delivery section).
Refunds may be granted in exceptional cases outside of these conditions at the discretion of the artist, but are not guaranteed.
Please note that art is subjective; dissatisfaction with the style or quality of the final product does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Client Communication
Most projects can be completed without ongoing communication between the artist and the client. However, if additional information or feedback is required, clients are expected to respond within one week.
If there is no response, the project will be frozen for one month, during which work is paused, naturally extending the delivery time.
If the client still does not respond after the freeze period and the project cannot be completed, it will be considered cancelled on the client’s part, and no refund will be issued if work has already started. In such rare cases, the artist will make every effort to explore alternative ways to complete the artwork, which may be delivered outside the originally agreed-upon terms.
Use of Artwork, copyright, and ownership
The commissioned artwork is provided for the client’s personal use only, unless an explicit commercial license has been agreed upon. Please note that commercial licenses are not available for artworks that include characters, environments, or other elements from existing intellectual properties.
The client is responsible for ensuring that any use of the artwork does not infringe on the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights. If the artwork features characters, designs, or elements from established intellectual properties, the client acknowledges that the artist is not responsible for any legal issues, claims, or damages resulting from the client’s use of such artwork. The client assumes full responsibility for any publication, distribution, or commercial use of the commissioned artwork that may violate copyright, trademark, or other rights.
The artist retains the right to showcase the completed artwork in portfolios, galleries, social media, or promotional materials. Additionally, the artist may include the artwork in paid subscriptions or other transactional offerings, whether digital or physical products.
Payment terms
To secure your commission and reserve your spot in the queue, full payment is required upfront. We accept PayPal and bank transfers.
If you’re unable to complete payment during checkout, please reach out to the artist via the Contact page. A digital invoice can be provided so you can finalize your payment.
Work will begin once payment has been received. Please note that non-payment or a failed payment may result in cancellation of the commission and your spot in the queue.
Revisions / Changes
Revisions are not included in the original commission but can be requested after the artwork has been delivered for an additional fee, which will depend on the complexity of the requested changes. Please note that revision work will only be placed in the queue once payment has been received and will be completed like any other order in due course.
Confidentiality / Privacy
Any personal information collected from clients (e.g., name, email, payment details) will be processed and stored securely in accordance with EU data protection laws, including the GDPR.
Personal data will only be used for purposes related to the commission process, such as communication, payment processing, and delivery of artwork.
All project-related information shared by the client, including references, descriptions, and private communications, will be treated as confidential. The artist will not disclose this information to third parties without the client’s consent, except where required by law.
Clients have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data at any time. Requests can be made via the contact information provided by the artist.
Personal data will be retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of the commission and comply with legal obligations.
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
Payment processors and delivery platforms may process limited personal data for the purpose of completing transactions or delivering digital files. The artist is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services.
Delivery Method / Format
Artwork will be delivered digitally via the email you provide, in standard formats (PNG and JPEG) inside a ZIP file.
Each artwork includes both a signed and a no-signature version.
You can choose the desired dimensions when placing your commission.
Only the final artwork files will be provided; source files, character models, or other assets used to create the artwork are not included.
Force Majeure
The artist is not liable for delays or inability to deliver caused by circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to illness, equipment failure, natural disasters, or internet outages. In such cases, the artist will communicate the situation promptly and propose a new delivery timeline.
Termination / Cancellation by Artist
In rare cases, the artist may need to cancel a commission due to unforeseen circumstances or personal reasons. Clients will be notified immediately. If work has not started, a full refund will be issued. If work has begun, the artist will try to provide alternatives or adjustments to complete the project, and if no agreement is reached, a refund will be issued.
If a client’s actions or inappropriate behavior create situations that prevent the project from moving forward, the artist may need to end the commission. In these cases, the project will be considered cancelled due to the client’s circumstances, and no refund will be issued.
Attribution Policy
If the Client elects to receive credit, the name provided in the commission form will be displayed alongside the commissioned artwork on the Website. A commissioner badge will always appear on the artwork’s page; however, the Client’s name will only be displayed if the credit option is expressly selected during the commissioning process.
Attribution is limited to the Website. The Artist has no obligation to provide attribution on external platforms, including but not limited to social media.
The Client may request removal of their name from the Website at any time. This right applies solely to the Website and does not extend to external platforms where prior credits cannot be edited or removed without deletion of the post.
